At Mo & Co Soaps, we strive to provide you with the best order, product, and unboxing experience as possible.
We do offer a 30 day refund policy, please read below to learn more.
What Is The Process For A Return/Refund? 
We do offer refunds but do not offer returns of any kind. We encourage you to share any incorrect scents you may have received with friends or family.

Do I Qualify For A Refund? 
If you would like to request a refund, please fill out this form (https://forms.gle/4qKRbtsKmYuG7VuV8). After you fill out the form, we will get back to to you in 7-10 Business days. If your request qualifies for a refund, we will refund the appropriate amount to your original payment method. 
 
How Long Is Your Refund Policy?

Is My Order Eligible For A Refund?
We only offer refunds if your package was missing something you ordered, if you received the wrong scent, or if your soaps arrived damaged. 
To be eligible for a refund, you must fill out this form (https://forms.gle/4qKRbtsKmYuG7VuV8). After filling this form out, we will reach back out to you in 7-10 business days to let you know if your request has been granted. 

How To Request A Refund? 
To request a refund, you must fill out this form first (https://forms.gle/4qKRbtsKmYuG7VuV8). We will then review your form submission, and evaluate if you do in fact qualify for a refund. If you do qualify, we will refund the appropriate amount of money to your original payment method.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the box/package or products are damaged, please fill out this form (https://forms.gle/4qKRbtsKmYuG7VuV8). No one enjoys a bad product/unboxing experience, that is why we will always solve this problem for you.
If you do receive a damaged box, please fill out the appropriate information on our refund form (https://forms.gle/4qKRbtsKmYuG7VuV8) so we can contact your shipping provider right away. We strive to make your experience with Mo & Co Soaps, the best that it can be. 
Exchanges:
Exchanges are not allowed once an order is placed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve determined if your refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the appropriate amount on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@moandcosoaps.com.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
